Can UK residents register for the Individual plan?

No. The Individual plan is designed for private individuals based outside the United Kingdom. UK residents are not eligible for the Individual plan and must register a verified UK business account instead.

What does the Business Plan include?

The Business Plan is free to register and includes 45 days free storage and ecommerce returns handling. UK-based businesses must be registered with Companies House and hold a valid UK VAT number to access domestic UK reshipping and fulfilment. International businesses can use this plan for free storage, parcel consolidation and outbound international shipping.

What is included in the Premium Plan?

The Premium Plan costs £20 per month and includes 60 days free storage, up to 50% off shipping, rates from £2.40 per kg, and priority handling with no queue.
